2 of Everything: FR007 Released

It’s that time again. Two new albums from HMP Lewes and HMP & YOI Isis are now out and available to buy, just in time for Christmas… So get your orders in!

As well as the new album ‘Doing Bird’, ‘Clouds In My Judgement’ is our newest release and seventh album to date. This album was written and recorded by twelve men at the Category B prison, HMP & YOI Isis. The album has an upbeat, reggae, soulful yet raw feeling to it. Very in-depth, honest and straight to the point, giving you an insight into the lives of twelve talented young musicians.

It’s always a pleasure to sit back, plug in my headphones and indulge in the final mixes of what these incredibly talented participants create… One of the joys of being part of a wonderful team with invaluable and rewarding outcomes.

Along with the release of two albums, we are on our sixth project with HMP The Mount and I am also pleased to announce that we have now embarked on a new project at HMP Bronzefield, a women’s prison. Yes you read right, a women’s prison…First time for everything right?! Very excited and waiting with anticipation for the final mixes to hear the sounds of these passionate women through music whom sometimes get put on the back-burner, leaving their voices unheard…
