We’re hiring a Programme Coordinator
We are excited to be expanding Making Waves, our one-to-one music-making programme, and we’re looking for a brilliant new Programme Coordinator to help make it happen.
About Making Waves
Making Waves pairs participants at risk of offending with professional producers for ten weekly studio sessions, where they write, record and release their own tracks. Along the way, they can gain a qualification, receive tailored mentoring and get access to industry masterclasses and performance opportunities. We launched the programme in 2024, and the impact so far has been huge. As we scale up and reach more people, we’re bringing in a new team member to help coordinate day-to-day delivery and ensure every participant gets the most out of their time with us.
The role
The Programme Coordinator will be a consistent presence on site and the first point of contact for participants. You’ll help process referrals, manage communication with partners, and make sure every session runs smoothly. You’ll also support the wider programme, from alumni events to outreach sessions, including work in prisons.
We’re looking for someone proactive, empathetic and highly organised. You’ll need to be confident working in a small, fast-paced team and comfortable supporting people with complex needs. And above all, you’ll need to believe in the power of music to change lives.
