FR011 | Freedom To Write


The album Freedom to Write was written and recorded in just 36 hours by a group of eight men at the category C young adult prison, HMYOI Swinfen Hall. All tracks were written by the group and put to music collectively with the help of Creative Director, Robin Harris, Music Engineer, Aaron May and six guest musicians.


Eight participants worked towards the BTEC certificate ‘Supporting Employability and Personal Effectiveness’. All of them passed.
