Will has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has held roles within Investment Banking at Credit Suisse and is currently a Director at Santander Corporate & Investment Bank. He started his career at PwC and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. 

Will is a keen musician and has experienced first-hand how music has a powerful ability to encourage both young and older people to collaborate, develop creativity and increase confidence. He was drawn to Finding Rhythms through attending a live performance and seeing how the opportunity to create music has transformed the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
