Clara joined the Finding Rhythms team in September 2025. She holds a degree in English Literature and has a background in justice activism and artist management, primarily working with early-career rappers. Having experienced the impact of the arts in institutional settings, she is a strong believer in the transformative power of the work Finding Rhythms undertakes – as well as a long-time fan of the music created through its projects.
