Katie Weatherall joined Finding Rhythms in 2022 and brings over 15 years’ experience working across the non-profit arts and charity sectors.

Prior to joining Finding Rhythms, Katie held roles including within the British Council’s Music team, where she managed the internationally broadcast Selector Radio show and music projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, and at British Underground, where she led international artist development programmes supporting emerging talent.
