Catriona joined the Finding Rhythms team in December 2023. She studied a Masters in Arts Management, Policy and Practice in Manchester, where she also volunteered at a music charity providing interventions for refugees and asylum seekers. It was there that she became passionate about the therapeutic power of collective music-making. She has since worked in marketing and policy roles within the arts and culture sector, including at Arts Council England and Walk the Plank. In her spare time, she sings in The Groove Chorus choir.
