We are currently recruiting in the following areas:

Musicians

We are looking to add to our roster of freelance musicians who lead our programs in prisons and community settings. 

You should be experienced in music production, using Logic and Ableton and able to produce high quality results even in the most limiting/challenging circumstances. You will have a passion and skill to draw musical ideas out of people and then bring it to life. You will be a skilled communicator.

Experience working with young people is desirable. It is essential that you have an enhanced DBS and are on the update service or are happy to go through the application process, the cost of which will be covered by Finding Rhythms. 

Volunteer Mentors

We are looking for volunteers who can offer support to learners on our courses as they work to achieve their Prince’s Trust qualification and completed musical recordings. You will need to help build strong relationships with individuals and support them on their journey. You will help people to plan ahead and look at their possible pathways to employment for the future.

Experience within the education sector and or working with young people is desirable. Experience in the Criminal Justice is also desirable. It is essential that you have an enhanced DBS and are on the update service or are happy to go through the application process, the cost of which will be covered by Finding Rhythms.
