Schools

We know from experience that being involved in a Finding Rhythms project can have huge personal benefits for those learners who are hardest to reach and perhaps need a different stimulus to engage them.

Our practitioners are experienced in delivering interventions in education settings, which are both highly creative and inclusive and tailored to the settings and needs of participants. The practical nature of our programmes provide young people with an opportunity to see the tangible outcomes of their activities and come away with their own creations.

In addition to the music, we are able to offer the opportunity for participants on our intensive projects to work towards a recognised Prince’s Trust Achieve Award in Personal Development and Employability. We chose this award as it closely matches the needs of our learners and improves numeracy and literacy.

We can offer taster workshops, 1-2-1 sessions or a full term intensive creative group music programme in your school or alternative provision.

Finding Rhythms have had an incredible impact on our school community. Lots of our students experience trauma, and their intervention has had a therapeutic impact for them and is beneficial for their mental health. It impacts immensely on the rest of their school week and relationships throughout the school
